How it works
After your free trial (reservation via email form only), let the teachers know you want to sign up. If you do not sign up in class, you can still purchase at our online store (*please make sure the time is still available first as we only hold empty spots until the end of that same day).
That day & time will be your regular spot and we'll expect you each week unless you need to cancel. You may cancel for any reason. **Whenever you need to miss class, please cancel using our CANCEL FORM so that you never lose a credit for missing class. The form is convenient and allows for multiple absences (for vacations, etc) and also can be used for a make up in a different time should you ever need that.
*You do not have to give 24 hours notice to cancel - anytime that day is fine unless you need a make up, which in that case we do need notice - but only for the make up booking.
**For cancels involving illness, we cannot book a make up within the same week that your baby or anyone in your household has been sick or has symptoms (PLEASE READ SICK POLICIES :). However, you do not lose that credit as it is "rolled forward" to the following week as a credit is only taken when you attend.
**Important: Please cancel each week you have to miss or fill in the return date on the cancel form if you're going on vacation or break. You can lose credits and/or forfeit your spot in your class time if you do not.
**Important: You have one year to do all of your classes, so no pressure on make up scheduling. They do, however, expire a year from the date of purchase.
**Important: We are first come, first serve. The teachers will tell you the day you use your last credit and ask if you want to re-sign to continue and keep your current spot. If you do not re-sign in class, you may purchase more later at our online store. However - we can only hold your spot until the end of that business day.
